Drive the car on the route; any mechanical problem will not be responsible the Driver

All bookings have to be made at Anushka’s Driver Centre office and not through the driver. Please don’t call the driver directly. You can call through Anushka’s Driver Centre office, or you can call the driver directly. Anushka’s Driver Centre will not be responsible.

If you travel far outside Kolkata, tell the centre when booking the driver, because we do not send all the drivers everywhere

– It is a matter of recognising the road. If you book a driver for Kolkata, and suddenly decide on the road where you want to go out of the city, you will let the office know. We can change the driver.

Car owners are requested not to accept a driver without Anushka’s Driver Centre regular duty slip or Identity Card & Mobile SMS.

The car must have all valid documents as per R.T.O. If there is a mistake, the traffic police will catch you,  but the driver will not give you a driving license.

The driver is authorised to check all documents related to the car. Similarly, the owner can check the validity of a driver’s license.

If a driver drives A.C. while the car is parked, the first 5 hours will be deducted.

If the driver’s license is incorrect and the driver makes a mistake while driving on the road, if caught by the traffic police, it is the driver’s full responsibility: the time that will be wasted, you will pay by deducting the money at that time.

All car owners are informed to park their cars as per their wish. park the car in the Parking spots. No responsibility for the driver.

If you want to drive your car, you need to have at least 2 years of experience and a driving license, and you will be allowed to drive only if you sign the duty slip stating that I am driving. If there is any damage or accident while driving. Anushka’s Driver Centre and the driver will not be responsible for any damage. (Signature of car owner)

Owners are requested not to create pressure on the driver for speeding, The driver will drive according to the speed limit of the road. If you are forced to drive hard, then you have to take full responsibility.   (Signature of car owner)
